
US Lacrosse National Convention this Weekend
US Indoor Lacrosse players, coaches and staff will be on hand at the 2007 US Lacrosse National Convention at
Booth 237
 . The US Lacrosse National Convention will be held at the Pennsylvania
Convention Center in downtown Philadelphia on January 11-14. Over
5,000 lacrosse enthusiasts attended last year's convention. This event
has established itself as the largest educational opportunity for US
Lacrosse member coaches, officials, and administrators in the world.

will feature USA head coach Tom Ryan in their next issue's Fan Zone.
Fans submitted questions to Tom on insidelacrosse.com over the past few
weeks, and those questions will be answered in an interview in the
magazine's upcoming issue. Also, check out video of December's tryouts for Team USA on
E-Lacrosse. The video is from tryouts at Myers Pavilion on December 8th.
USIL World Indoor Team Tryouts Complete
Tryouts for the 2007 United States Men's Indoor Lacrosse Team concluded last Saturday at Myers Pavilion in
Baltimore, MD.
Many of the games top pros were on hand, including
Shawn Nadelen and
Jon Christmas of the Philadelphia Wings,
Scott Stapleford of the Portland LumberJax, and
Kevin Leveille of the Chicago Machine.
Randy Fraser Named Assistant Coach of U.S. Indoor Team
U.S. Indoor Lacrosse announced Randy Fraser as an Assistant Coach of
the United States men's lacrosse team for the 2007 World Indoor
Lacrosse Championship. Fraser, who currently serves as an Assistant
Coach for the NLL's New York Titans, scored one goal and ten assists as
Captain of U.S. Team in 2003.
Tom Ryan Named Head Coach of U.S. Indoor Team
U.S. Indoor Lacrosse has announced
Tom
Ryan as the Team USA Head Coach for the 2007 World Indoor Lacrosse Championships. The nine-year NLL veteran, who last played for the Philadelphia Wings
in 2002, has amassed 202 points (82 goals, 120 assists) in 95 career
games.
Tom previously played in Boston and Baltimore, before being dealt to Philadelphia, where he was a member of the 2001 World Championship team.
Ryan was also a member of Team USA in 2002, playing for the team that upset Canada in the Heritage Cup.
