Randy Fraser Named Assistant Coach of U.S. Indoor Team

U.S. Indoor Lacrosse announced Randy Fraser as an Assistant Coach of the United States men's lacrosse team for the 2007 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship. Fraser, who currently serves as an Assistant Coach for the NLL's New York Titans, scored one goal and ten assists as Captain of U.S. Team in 2003.

Fraser previously served as an Assistant Coach for the MLL's Boston Cannons, as well as the collegiate level at Dean College, American International College, and his alma-mater, Springfield College.

Randy played 13 seasons professionally, with the Boston Blazers (1991-1997), New York Saints (1998-1999), and Buffalo Bandits (2001-2004).

He continues to be very active in the lacrosse community, taking part  in annual tournaments in Vail, Lake Placid and Ocean City. Fraser was recently featured in Inside Lacrosse magazine, highlighting his participation in a tournament in Czech Republic and his return to the game.

The 2007 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship takes place at Halifax Metro Centre on May 14-20th. Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, England, Ireland, Iroquois Nationals and Scotland will join the United States in the one-week tournament.
