Women's World Junior Team
The Development of the USA Junior Indoor Team is the building block for the success of a players future. US Indoor Lacrosse ~ We are very proud for administering the first United States National Junior Indoor Team in Indoor Lacrosse.
Team
The USA U21 Women’s Indoor Team is selected from the USA U21 Women’s Indoor Training Program (U21: Age 17-20). The USA U21 Women’s Indoor Team will compete in the IIJL World Women Junior Lacrosse Championship in August/September of each year. The USA U21 Women’s Indoor Team is managed by US Indoor Lacrosse (USIL), competing in the IIJL World Women Junior Lacrosse Championship. For more information on the IIJL Championships (click here).

PLEASE READ: The USA Indoor Lacrosse Player candidate will have to advance through 4 stages during their journey to become a USA U21 Women’s Indoor World Team Player. Each stage has a fee associated with it, if a player is released at any point during a stage, they are no longer responsible for the next stage fee.

STAGE 1& 2 - Player Identification - Player List
USA Indoor Lacrosse will extend invitations to the identified players eligible for the USA U21 Women’s Indoor Training Camp / Combine. The player must register for the USA U21 Women’s Indoor Training / Combine to secure their spot. There will only be a maximum of 45 spots available.
STAGE 3 - USA U21 Women’s Indoor Training Camp Coaches and Selection
Staff will be select 35-45 players to advance to the USA U21 Women’s Indoor Training Camp. The USA U21 Women’s Indoor Lacrosse Training Camp is August 14 -17, 2024. Training Camp is comprised of 16 Hours of Box Lacrosse Immersion Training and Instruction. Each player will receive a camper package that includes a USA shooter shirt and practice shorts.
STAGE 4 - USA U21 Women’s Indoor Lacrosse World Championship Team Coaches and the Selection
Staff will select 23 Players for the USA World Women’s Indoor Junior Team from the USA U21 Women’s Indoor Training Camp - The USA World Women’s Indoor Junior Team will compete in the 2024 IIJL World Women Junior Lacrosse Championship in Buffalo, NY, August 29 - September 2, 2024. Each USA U21 Women’s Indoor World Team Player will be part of the USA U21 Women’s Indoor Team playing in the World Women’s Junior Lacrosse Championship playing in 3-5 full games. Each player will receive the USA Indoor Lacrosse Team Package comprised of Game Jerseys and USA Indoor Lacrosse Team Equipment.
Registration
To be eligible for the USA Women’s Indoor Junior Lacrosse World Team, players must register online. - This registration will be verified for eligibility by USIL and the USIL-USA Coaches, if the player is not eligible, USIL will notify by email. If the eligible player’s application is accepted, an invite to the 1st training camp (stage 1) will be sent to the player within 3 days. Player’s must register for the training camp to secure a spot.
