The USA Indoor Lacrosse Box Core Academy focuses on mastering skill sets with high repetition drills to improve player performance. We use our skills as instructors, combined with our years of lacrosse experience, to provide our players with focused instruction to their current skill, to take the player to the next level. The coaching team includes the skill and experience from current USA Coaches, professional players, USA and college players. Players learn US Indoor Lacrosse philosophy and the commitment to be a part of any indoor lacrosse team. Topics include throwing, catching, shooting mechanics, individual position skills, in-game situations and lacrosse specific fitness training. Players will participate in daily scrimmages and practice sessions.
Field lacrosse instruction and tactics are often stagnant and the market is saturated with the same type of instruction. Indoor Lacrosse “Box” lacrosse training will elevate your game on the field. These skill sets and concepts will translate to the field game making your team more successful and for each of the players to gain an advantage that will separate them from the rest.
The USA Indoor Lacrosse Box Core Academy is typically 2 hours of training at the minimum with the maximum of 24 hours utilizing multiple day for the training.
